Sending Bulk mails are not allowed on our shared hosting, servers, Per cPanel account you can send 25 Mails Per Hour. If any accounts seems to be spamming it will be suspended with or without any notice.
Doing Bulk Mails Sending needs VPS/Dedicated Servers for your Purpose or Dedidicated IP to send 750 Mail Per Hour or get our Dedicated SMTP.
On Shared Hosting Packages you are not allowed to use the hosting for Backup Storage, storing more than two websites backup files or file hosting/file sharing/image hosting. You are not allowed to store any personal Zip files or backup of your files as an Zip in the server.
The Shared hosting should contains only the Files used by the Website scripts and constantly create and delete large numbers of files on a regular basis, or cause file system damage or store over 100,000 files are not allowed.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against the sending of unsolicited emails, bulk emails, and spam. This includes the use of “safe lists” and purchased mailing lists, which will be treated as spam. Any user found engaging in such activities will have their account terminated with or without prior notice.
Websites advertised through SPAM (commonly referred to as “spamvertised”) are strictly prohibited from being hosted on our servers. This policy extends to SPAM sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or Usenet/newsgroups. Furthermore, no organization or entity listed in the Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) will be allowed to host on our servers.
Any account that results in our IP address space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended or terminated.

All service renewal bills are generated according to the dates they were first activated on. As per the System settings The service will be suspended on the 5th day from the due date and terminated on 8th day from the due date.
[a] Late Fee of N5,000 or 5USD Will be added to your invoice incase if you didn't made the payment before the Suspension. The late fee should be paid by you to get your service re-activated..
